Persistence! and breathing while in the posture really helps you get into a deeper stretch. Try to do a little everyday! Or 5 days a week. You’ll see progress very quickly! But listen to your body. Don’t overexert yourself! 😁 hope this helps!

Hi! I started with the most important poses which are from the surya namaskara A. When I thought I wanted more I found Tara Styles’ YouTube page. She has some nice beginner things but I only seriously started progressing when I encountered Kinoyoga on YouTube. She has a lot of helpful videos and she really explains where to breathe and which muscles to engage. I hope this helps! 🙏
