😁 thank you!
I think it would be good to start who a few simple stretches everyday, just to get your body acquainted with some of the movement before you really get into the practice. You can build a bit if flexibility like this and don’t feel completely useless when you try something from the primary series. That can make you feel as though you’d never be able to do yoga 😅
Some basic poses are-
Half forward fold
Chutarunga dandasana (idk the English name for that one)
Upward facing dog
Downward facing dog
You can do that sequence maybe once or twice a day til you feel comfortable, and then search far and wide on the internet for more challenging poses and sequences 😁

How does anyone? Or how did I?
I always found that yoga was graceful. I was attracted to it because of it’s serenity. Because I wanted those things. So I got into it.
That’s how I guess? There was an attraction to it and then I pursued it…kind of like a lover 😄
I really want to do yoga outside today

Idk about any books. I think kino mcgregor has a book. But if not, you can check YouTube or Cody app. There are lots of beginner videos to check out. Specifically kinoyoga and Tara styles. The Cody app has classes you can take but you have to purchase a class for about $20 USD. It’s really good though, because you can get an entire workout with explanations as to what muscles you should be using and what not to do, instead of having to go through a bunch of videos on YouTube.
